- Classes: participants meet monthly for simulations, exercises, problem-solving and discussion
- Mentoring: participants receive two (2) hours of mentoring by business and community leaders
- Networking: participant get to know their cohort members through discussion and work/study groups
- Readings and Podcasts: participants are given reading and podcast assignments that will be used as a basis for group discussion and self directed learning
